Roundtable Discussion on 'The Financialization of our Lives: Values and Trade-offs' report

On 16^th  May 2024, KRI hosted a roundtable session to discuss the findings of our latest report, “The Financialization of our Lives: Values and Trade-offs”, which brought together 20 key stakeholders consisting of government officials, regulators, private sector leaders, and academics. Participants exchanged critical insights on the report’s key findings and policy recommendations covering the area of household debt, housing and education loans, and the use of Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) schemes amidst the backdrop of households' wage stagnation.
