Syafa Mustaffa

Syafa Mustaffa is the Senior Manager Strategic Communications at the Khazanah Research Institute, responsible for branding, events, media, and communication plans.

With extensive experience in branding, marketing, and communications across both private and public sectors, Syafa has honed her skills in project management and strategic initiatives. She has contributed to projects such as the National Bumiputera Roadmap, the Bumiputera SME Programme, and the annual COP29 climate change conference.

Syafa has received several awards, including 5th place in the Roca Barcelona Master Design Challenge 2020, 1st place in the Roca One Day Design Challenge in Kuala Lumpur in 2019, and recognition in the Design Thinking Trailblazer Award 2019.

She holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Architecture and Environmental Design from the International Islamic University of Malaysia and a Postgraduate Diploma in Architecture from the Glasgow School of Art. Additionally, she is a registered member of the Malaysia Board of Architects (LAM) and the Malaysia Board of Technologists (MBOT).
